The founding of Bowen Brothers originated from a shared admiration of our grandfather, Jack Bowen, and a desire to build a legacy that honors the example he set. His story began in the dry heat of Waco, Texas in the early twentieth century, where he forged a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry through discipline, leadership, and long-term thinking. He was a pioneer in his field, but more importantly, a model of integrity, resilience, and responsibility—values that shaped our own paths.

After building our careers independently, we chose to come together to create Bowen Brothers as a continuation of that legacy: acquiring and strengthening enduring businesses, investing with patience and purpose, and creating long-term value for employees, families, and communities.
